Payment
All amounts displayed on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK), inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.
Fashion by O accepts online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, and Visa Electron. We do not impose any transaction fees on your purchase.
Payment for your order will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Fashion by O uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring that the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
We deliver goods only within Denmark, the EU, and the UK. The delivery time for your order is typically 1–3 business days within Denmark and 3–7 business days within the EU and the UK. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
In exceptional cases where delivery times are extended, we will notify you via email.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark. Please note that the Faroe Islands and Greenland are not included.
All items are shipped with GLS.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

We’d love your feedback! Sharing the reason for your return helps us improve and serve you better in the future.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase. After notifying us of your withdrawal, the order must reach us no later than 14 days afterward.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and process a refund automatically. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

Warranty
According to Danish law, there is a 2-year warranty on products. This warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
Complaints must be reported to Fashion by O at info@fashionbyo.com within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One month is generally considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by misuse of the product.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase an item and provide your information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties to process some of our data, including shipping management systems not developed by Fashion by O. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure they comply with applicable regulations on personal data protection.

If you have a complaint and we cannot reach a resolution together, you may use one of the following complaint options:
- Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal of the Danish Consumer Complaints Board.
- Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
- If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint through the EU Commission’s online complaint portal. Go to the EU Complaint Portal.
